Project update: Our group has successfully assisted with an acquisition of a Cyprus Investment Firm. Zitadelle was engaged by an internationally operating FX/ CFD broker that had its offices in the UK, Middle-East and Cyprus, with a request to locate a potential buyer for the Cyprus Investment 125k Firm and to assist with the acquisition process.

During the project we were able to:

– Locate the Buyer;

– Negotiate and agree on the terms of the acquisition;

– Provide due diligence and KYC services;

– Facilitate escrow account services;

– Finalize the change of the ownership with application submission to CySec for change of officers/ ownership.
